Key Responsibilities

  • •Define what seamless, localized product experiences look like for APAC customers.
  • •Create long-term strategies and roadmaps to grow mature markets across the APAC region.
  • •Lead a team of 4+ Product Managers responsible for growth across APAC markets for Wise Consumer and Business products.
  • •Drive aggressive yet achievable targets and iterate quickly using experiments in collaboration with marketing/sales/ops.
  • •Contribute as a hands-on individual contributor, engaging customers, designing UX, analyzing data, and writing code where needed.

Salary: SGD 18,000 - 23,500 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in product roles, including leading high-performing teams of 5+ PMs.
  • •Hands-on, player-coach style leadership—able to execute in detail while leading across a wider team.
  • •Experience leading teams in a product-led growth environment, setting targets and iterating quickly with experiments.
  • •Analytical and technical: can write queries and keep up with engineers on technical discussions.
  • •Strong product sense with expertise in banking/payments/fintech and the ability to clearly articulate what makes a product successful.
