Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver multidisciplinary infrastructure projects and programmes across sectors (highways, rail, energy, flood, water, wind, carbon capture, nuclear, defence, utilities) from concept to completion.
•Coordinate and lead multi-discipline teams and work closely with Client Project managers to ensure successful delivery.
•Manage NEC4/ECC contract administration, financial discipline, and commercial management across projects.
•Identify, assess and mitigate risks, changes, and opportunities to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
•Maintain proactive stakeholder engagement and build lasting client relationships through clear communication and negotiation.

Key Requirements

•Recognised qualifications (PMP, APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and experience of managing diverse, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects and programmes.
•Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
•Commercial acumen, including expertise in financial discipline and NEC4/ECC contract management (accreditation or significant experience preferred).
•Proficiency in risk, change, and commercial management, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
•Ability to lead and support multidisciplinary teams in dynamic, demanding environments, fostering collaboration and high performance.
