Project Controls Consultant

Manage and deliver project and programme controls for client infrastructure projects, focusing on budget and forecast cost tracking to reflect business and project status. Lead the setup of project controls plans and procedures, produce financial and earned value progress reporting, and develop budgets and estimates. Administer change control, maintain baseline cost plans and “S-curve” schedules, and track invoices and progress payments while coordinating inputs for weekly and monthly reporting.
