Counter Sales

Serve as the key sales-counter customer touchpoint by processing orders accurately and interacting professionally with customers via phone, email, and in person. Build sales orders and quotes using customer measurements, provide product recommendations and pricing, and coordinate truck deliveries to meet timelines. Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, picking, staging, replenishment, and shipping/receiving, while maintaining a clean, safe, organized work area and collaborating with warehouse and sales teams.
