Join the Search E-Commerce team to improve a large-scale e-commerce search engine used by over 1 billion monthly users. You’ll optimize query analysis and text relevance, implement multi-modal matching for e-commerce video content, and design end-to-end ranking systems to increase personalized shopping conversions and GMV. You’ll also develop models deployed on relevant software platforms and contribute to ecosystem growth for long-term, sustainable search performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Improve search quality and user experience by optimizing query analysis and text relevance matching.
•Implement multi-modal matching for e-commerce video content and improve product authority signals.
•Design and implement an end-to-end ranking system, including recall and multi-stage ranking.
•Improve personalization models and conversion efficiency for merchandise, video, and live streams to promote GMV growth.
•Work in a team to apply statistics, scripting, and programming knowledge, and collaborate with deployed model software platforms.

Key Requirements

•Completing or recently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Excellent coding skills with solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
•Strong analysis, modeling, and problem-solving, with the ability to see the essence of problems from complex data.
•Industry work experience in machine learning.
•Good product sense focused on user experience.
