Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning, management, and coordination of Building Services design with other disciplines across all project stages within Heathrow programmes.
  • •Ensure design deliverables are technically sound, fully coordinated, and aligned with project requirements and constraints.
  • •Act as the central integration point between MEP disciplines, architectural, structural, and specialist systems.
  • •Drive design programme development and manage deliverables to support procurement, construction, and commissioning; monitor progress and address slippage or risk.
  • •Lead design reviews and assurance for compliance with Heathrow standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring decisions and changes are documented; provide leadership and mentoring to design teams.
