Key Requirements

  • •Experience across multiple modules of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 Customer Engagement, particularly Sales and Marketing.
  • •Knowledge of Dynamics CRM 365 Customer Engagement customization (data model, views, forms, advanced search, dashboards, workflow, business rules, etc.).
  • •Ability to translate business requirements into CRM business solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
  • •Ability and willingness to support travel for the role.
