Job Summary

Creatively lead Netflix Consumer Products developments for the APAC region by partnering with internal teams and external licensees/retailers. Produce style guides and asset kits, review packaging and product concepts for correct Netflix IP usage, and create mood boards and creative vision aligned to merchandising strategy. Manage multiple approvals against contractual deadlines, develop presentation materials for business pitches, and help vet third-party creative vendors.

•Ensure concepts follow Netflix IP style guides and legal attribution requirements for branding/packaging.
•Create creative mood boards and set creative vision based on merchandising strategy per title.
•Design presentation materials for pitches and develop assets/style guides and kits to support APAC consumer products business.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of design experience in the consumer products or entertainment industry with global business scale.
•Exceptional creative problem-solving and follow-through, including storytelling and delivering under pressure.
•Strong trend awareness and innovative design instincts.
•Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.
•Fluency in Korean and English.
