Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead client discussions to determine design criteria, including budgets and preferences.
  • •Develop concept designs (drawings and reports) and refine options into schematic and draft final designs (drawings and reports).
  • •Coordinate with other design specializations and participate across all design stages as needed.
  • •Review deliverables with senior project teams, implement design revisions, and support tender document development and supervision (RFIs, design conflicts).
