Key Requirements

  • •More than 20 years’ experience in the building services industry in Australia, with a relevant tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Fire/Hydraulics Engineering.
  • •Chartered Engineer and relevant registrations.
  • •Extensive experience in building engineering, including the design and delivery of complex, multidisciplinary building services projects.
  • •Proven experience in a senior technical, project, or business leadership role, including leading and developing high-performing project teams.
  • •Strong commercial understanding and client engagement, including budgets, programmes, contracts, financial performance, negotiations, and winning work.
