Build and operate resilient infrastructure for custody services within a Platform Engineering team, improving reliability and performance across multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, and IBM Cloud). Own blockchain node infrastructure and evolve operational practices through better automation, monitoring, logging, and observability. Drive deployment and release reliability, respond to production incidents, and mentor engineers while creating runbooks and operational procedures.

•Design, build, and operate scalable, resilient infrastructure across Azure, AWS, GCP, and IBM Cloud.
•Lead infrastructure architecture and reliability improvements for critical custody services.
•Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability across distributed systems.
•Own blockchain node infrastructure, including high availability, failover, and provider management.
•Build automation for provisioning, deployments, testing, incident response, and operational maintenance, and support on-call production incidents.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in software, platform, infrastructure engineering, or systems operations for highly available production systems.
•Experience managing blockchain nodes, including high availability, failover, and operational resilience.
•Strong production experience with PostgreSQL and proficiency with infrastructure provisioning using Terraform (or similar IaC tools).
•Deep experience with containerized infrastructure and Kubernetes in highly available environments.
•Proficiency with programming/scripting languages such as .NET, Go, Bash, or TypeScript, plus experience with messaging (RabbitMQ/AMQP) and observability tools.
