Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain thorough understanding of applicable Operator Qualification regulations and industry guidance.
  • •Assist in development and improvement of the OQ Program, ensuring OQ documentation and references reflect current standards.
  • •Develop Plains-specific OQ training and evaluation materials, and provide training to support OQ compliance efforts.
  • •Manage OQ evaluator training and statuses; establish employee OQ profiles in an LMS and/or applicable repositories.
  • •Coordinate contractor compliance, facilitate communication between OQ systems and vendors, support third-party training provider assessment, and provide reports for action closure and program metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work with people across experience levels.

  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills; experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.
