Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the “voice of the customer” in Oldcastle Infrastructure (OI) facilities.
  • •Manage multiple sales orders concurrently from point of sale to on-site delivery, coordinating engineering, production scheduling, transportation, procurement, and accounting.
  • •Hold turnover/kickoff meetings at point of sale to confirm scope, review estimates, and begin scheduling aligned to “Customer Ship Date” in AX.
  • •Monitor project progress, costs, and compliance with contract documents; proactively solve problems, provide technical advice, and remove obstacles to protect schedules.
  • •Prepare change order proposals, manage required submittals/approvals, and coordinate transportation needs and site visits to resolve issues through project completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; Civil Engineering preferred.
  • •5+ years of Project Management experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-to-small complex projects concurrently.
  • •Experience working through project databases; SAP S/4 HANA experience preferred.
  • •Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to review production schematics and engineering drawings.
