Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure local financial compliance by working with Group Finance, Reporting & Tax teams, including managing local financial audits and regulatory relationships.
  • •Own and execute day-to-day local financial reporting to comply with local accounting and tax requirements.
  • •Build expertise in regional liquidity management and safeguarding processes.
  • •Lead annual statutory audits, including audit planning, PBC coordination, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
  • •Lead initial setup and ongoing management of periodic regulatory reporting and act as finance’s main point of contact for regional expansion and change readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 40,500 - 52,500 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Background in financial controlling, audit and advisory, or management accounting within banking, fintech, or financial services.
  • •Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements including capital, inter-company transactions, and transfer pricing agreements.
  • •Deep understanding of UAE financial reporting standards and IFRS, plus financial resource controls and industry-specific regulatory rules.
  • •Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups (Board, auditors, advisors, government authorities) and drive data analysis and control/process improvements.
  • •Comfort working in a fast-moving, flexible environment with minimal guidance and handling ad-hoc requests.
