Job Summary

Ensure safe operations at Carvana’s facility by managing gate access, documenting vehicle movement, and conducting routine patrols of inspection and logistics areas. You’ll serve as the face of the Safe and Secure team for associates, vendors, and visitors, support incident response and de-escalation, and help maintain inventory control accuracy using the Safe and Secure Application and RFID technology.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and document the movement of cars into and out of inspection center entrance and exit gates.
•Serve as the face of Carvana for associates, vendors, and site visitors while using effective communication and active listening.
•Conduct routine patrols and document security and safety concerns across inspection and logistics areas.
•Assist with badge creation and CCTV review requests, partnering with the Safe and Secure team lead and manager.
•Follow incident response protocols, de-escalate situations, and execute Safe and Secure principles for facility access and exit.
