Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advanced client maintenance, problem resolution, and advanced sales for deposit, credit, convenience, and other product/service lines.
  • •Meet or exceed client service and individual/branch sales targets by offering products and services and developing/expanding/retaining relationships.
  • •Support the team sales process through consultative conversations and act on or refer complex client needs to internal specialists.
  • •Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines and advance knowledge of sales and product topics via meetings and training.
  • •Advise on consumer lending options, take loan applications, and maintain adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
