Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, test, service, and decommission structured cabling systems including fiber, copper, communications, and other low voltage systems.
  • •Build and remove cabinets, racks, cable trays, pathways, and related data center infrastructure.
  • •Perform physical installations and removals with precision, safety, and attention to detail.
  • •Follow project drawings and manufacturer guidelines; ensure installations meet design intent and standards.
  • •Keep a clean, organized work area and plan materials, tools, and tasks to keep projects moving smoothly.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years telecom/structured cabling experience; data center experience is a strong plus.
  • •Proficient with telecom and construction hand tools (e.g., cable sheath stripper, punch tools, scissors, pliers, etc.).
  • •Ability to read and follow project drawings, specifications, and manufacturer guidelines.
  • •Ability to perform installations with attention to detail and safety; maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • •Willingness to travel occasionally and lift/move up to 25 lbs; wear PPE and follow safety protocols.
