Job Summary

Senior partner manager responsible for building and strengthening relationships with Esri’s partner network and system integrators, driving joint go-to-market activities, and growing partner-influenced pipeline and revenue. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and business development, negotiate agreements, and enable partners to understand and adopt Esri technology across industries.

Job Function: Business Development & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

•Manage Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain productive relationships with assigned partners within the Esri Partner Network and communicate across internal and partner teams to align goals and execution plans.
•Drive Pipeline & Revenue Execution: Own partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline targets; conduct joint account planning and co-sell motions to progress opportunities and close deals.
•Execute Joint Go-to-Market Initiatives: Independently execute co-sell and resell engagements; enable partner teams on Esri offerings, messaging, and sales motions.
•Apply Solution Selling & Market Insight: Articulate differentiated value propositions and ROI; apply market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
•Structure & Negotiate Agreements: Independently structure and negotiate moderately complex agreements within program guidelines, balancing partner and company objectives and ensuring scalable deal structures.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 107,120 - 182,104 annually

•Experience executing co-sell or reseller go-to-market motions
