Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, with a certification at the conclusion.
  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify present and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend appropriate retail products/services using the company value proposition, including cross-selling to existing customers.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Process teller transactions and support referrals to Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment Business Partners while meeting customer experience and production goals.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to develop working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures; requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at time of employment.
