Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute maintenance readiness plans for new offshore facilities and brownfield projects.
  • •Review engineering deliverables to ensure maintainability, operability, and reliability.
  • •Establish preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and maintain maintenance philosophies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • •Prepare and populate SAP PM/CMMS, including equipment hierarchy, functional locations, equipment master data, preventive maintenance plans, task lists, and BOM.
  • •Coordinate with engineering, EPC contractors, operations, commissioning, and vendors; lead maintenance input during PSSR and support commissioning and start-up procedures from a maintenance perspective.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •15+ years in oil & gas maintenance.
  • •Minimum 5 years in offshore operations.
  • •Proven experience in operations readiness, commissioning, maintenance planning, and asset management.
  • •Strong knowledge of offshore production facilities including rotating equipment, static equipment, electrical systems, instrumentation and control systems, and safety systems.
