Key Requirements

  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld computers (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations (including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving) in the prior 3 years.
  • •Previous experience with DDC controls systems (preferred).
