Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and maintain business-critical observability services supporting engineering teams worldwide.
  • •Manage large-scale Elasticsearch/OpenSearch environments storing and indexing petabytes of telemetry data.
  • •Support and enhance a managed Dynatrace platform for application performance monitoring, distributed tracing, and metrics.
  • •Monitor platform health, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
  • •Develop automation and telemetry ingestion pipelines to improve reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, Cloud Operations, or Software Engineering.
  • •Strong understanding of Linux-based systems and distributed applications.
  • •Hands-on automation and Infrastructure as Code principles.
  • •Proficiency in one or more: Python, Go, Bash, or Java.
  • •Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team environment.
