•Develop and execute an investor relations strategy, including investor presentations and roadshows, and refine investor materials to communicate strategy and results.
•Lead financial and valuation modeling, benchmarking analyses, and peer/industry work to inform investor messaging and strategy.
•Build and maintain relationships with institutional, strategic, venture, growth, and public equity investors; serve as a primary day-to-day contact for high-priority investors.
•Partner with the finance team to translate complex metrics into clear investor narratives and establish foundations for quarterly reporting materials, prepared remarks, and Q&A.
•Monitor competitor funding and public-market trends and help drive IPO readiness through regulatory compliance workstreams and public-market messaging materials.
