Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day logistics and distribution operations with the 3PL team to resolve issues and escalations
  • •Monitor and analyze operational metrics including productivity, backlog, cycle time, inventory accuracy, quality, and on-time shipment performance
  • •Use tools such as Excel, Celonis, SAP, and other data sources to analyze performance and identify trends
  • •Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support data-driven decision making
  • •Partner with the 3PL and cross-functional teams on productivity/process improvement and perform root-cause analysis (Pareto analysis, 5 Whys, process mapping)

Key Requirements
