  • •Proven experience supporting SAP Quality Management (QM) solutions and related manufacturing applications in a production support and delivery environment.
  • •Deep understanding of inspection processing, results recording, usage decisions, quality notifications, batch quality management, and quality reporting concepts.
  • •Ability to translate business requirements into functional solution designs and support delivery of scalable, supportable enhancements.
  • •Experience with application lifecycle activities including incident management, testing, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and deployment activities.
