User Research Operations Specialist

Build and scale the end-to-end research operations system that helps Product Designers and Product Managers run high-quality studies efficiently. You’ll act as the first point of contact for triage, planning, participant recruitment, scheduling, and incentives, while improving workflows and documenting best practices. Manage research tooling and vendor relationships, and evolve the research repository and knowledge management so insights are discoverable and reusable.
