Job Summary

Support International Wealth and Premier Banking relationship managers by delivering product training, leading client education events, and providing advanced technical expertise for insurance solutions. Follow a needs-based sales process to deliver consistent client experience, join portfolio reviews, assess product suitability and regulatory impact, and act as a second point of contact. Complete insurance-related transactions independently and coach RMs to strengthen product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct product training to support new product launches and lead client education events to improve client knowledge of financial markets and solutions.
•Follow the needs-based sales process to provide a meaningful and consistent wealth experience and an outstanding client experience.
•Support relationship managers to build trust and deepen client relationships while improving the quality and effectiveness of needs fulfilled for target clients.
•Conduct portfolio reviews, assess product suitability and market/regulatory change impact, identify opportunities, and manage risks.
•Join client meetings as a technical second point of contact, provide advice for specific products/solutions, and complete insurance transactions when required.

Key Requirements

•Minimum six years’ experience as a product specialist or financial advisor, or at least one year as a Sub-branch Manager in WPB.
•Ability to deliver a strong client experience using needs-based solutions.
•Deep knowledge of complex financial solutions and products, including financial markets and regulatory requirements.
•Strong market awareness of market conditions and new product solutions, with understanding of current financial market activities.
•Solid consultative sales skills, including an understanding of global Anti-money Laundering standards and local/Group compliance regulation.
