  • •Oversee mutual fund new account setups, process trade corrections, and resolve operational exceptions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely servicing.
  • •Partner with Legal, Risk, and business stakeholders to evaluate agreement language and ensure operational requirements are addressed.
  • •Identify process improvements, mitigate operational risk, and drive issue resolution as a key team resource.
