Lead Moniepoint’s commercial expansion in Kenya as the most senior commercial leader for the market. Own customer satisfaction, market share, revenue, and costs, setting commercial strategy and running a team of Business Leads across the full product portfolio. Define OKRs, GTM strategy, portfolio priorities, and competitive playbooks, and ensure disciplined commercial operations with data-driven decision-making and P&L accountability.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Kenya’s commercial OKRs focused on customer satisfaction, market share, and profit.
•Define market-winning portfolio strategy, including product portfolio priorities and organizational accountability.
•Lead and develop Business Leads, guiding goal setting and performance reviews.
•Ensure line-of-business management across payment acceptance, lending, savings and deposit mobilisation, and card/payment issuing.
•Set GTM strategy and build competitive intelligence to develop a durable winning playbook; drive customer acquisition, retention, and LTV growth.

Key Requirements

•10 to 20 years of professional experience, including owning a P&L in a senior capacity.
•Proven leadership of large, multi-functional teams in commercial roles.
•Experience working within a technology company; fintech or digital financial services preferred.
•Strong direct exposure to Kenyan or East African markets.
•Demonstrated success driving scaled commercial growth in competitive markets.
