Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist daily management of IT assets for end users within the EU region
  • •Maintain accurate and up-to-date registrations of laptops, mobile devices, tablets, peripherals and inventory
  • •Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing, receiving and returning IT equipment
  • •Assist with ordering, (re)imaging, packaging and shipping of laptops
  • •Help manage and track mobile devices and subscriptions
  • •Send reminders and follow up with staff regarding returns, updates or missing information
  • •Document asset management processes and contribute to compliance
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and countries
  • •Participate in alignment meetings with the IT team in the US
