Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site and remote technical support for HP Indigo press customers, ensuring timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
  • •Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and electronic diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair for Indigo digital print systems.
  • •Handle installation, commissioning, upgrades, operator training, and preventive maintenance.
  • •Use monitoring tools/methodologies to identify performance issues early and recommend preventive actions to reduce downtime.
  • •Maintain accurate service documentation (parts usage, software updates, and technical reports) and ensure safety/compliance while working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements
