Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify customer needs and recommend bank products and services, making referrals to appropriate partners as needed
  • •Process customer transactional requests and answer basic and advanced inquiries (balances, transaction history, service charges, interest rates)
  • •Support Financial Center Manager operations by performing Teller or Teller Manager and Financial Service Representative duties as needed
  • •Build relationships with community businesses and consumer clients to achieve personal and branch targets for new accounts and teller operations
  • •Follow safe-and-sound banking procedures, including compliance with laws/regulations, internal controls, operational procedures, risk management, and security protocols

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • •Minimum of one year of experience; specific bank experience preferred
  • •Ability to recommend and explain bank products and services using established guidelines and service standards
  • •Experience supporting customer transactional needs (account balances, transaction history, service charges, interest rates)
  • •Notary certification preferred
