  • •Develop new business opportunities by leveraging executive relationships, delivering sales presentations, and participating in negotiations to close contracts.
  • •Build and maintain executive relationships with hospital leaders, shaping delivery models and driving adoption of changes across the enterprise.
  • •Lead large, diverse teams—design roles, develop capabilities, coach managers/directors, and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience driving business value with ERP platforms across HR, Supply Chain, and Finance through strategic process redesign and operating model transformation.
  • •Ability to support business development and design solutions that meet client objectives, leveraging existing relationships.
  • •Strong experience managing engagement economics including budgets, revenue forecasting, margins, invoicing, and billing.
  • •Proven analytical and critical thinking skills to quantify operational benefits and address data gaps; exceptional verbal and written communication; change management expertise; large team leadership and executive relationship building.
