Job Summary

Join the cleaning crew for Citizens Live at The Wylie, helping keep the venue spotless and guest-ready throughout each shift. You’ll perform table maintenance, sweep and mop floors, clean and restock restrooms, polish venue hardware, manage trash and recycling, and follow housekeeping and safety standards. The role also includes responding to guest needs, monitoring the work area, handling lost and found, and turning over items to the MOD after pre-shift meetings.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform table maintenance duties according to service standards.
•Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous, polite manner.
•Keep floor neat and clean by removing food, trash, and obstacles; clean spills immediately and use floor signs.
•Clean and maintain venue areas including sweeping/mopping floors, vacuuming rugs, and polishing doors/woodwork/handrails.
•Clean and maintain restrooms, refill supplies, and separate glass/cardboard/plastics per local codes.

Key Requirements

•Preferred experience in cleaning services or related work.
•Ability to read, write and follow written instruction.
•Detail-oriented team player with a positive “can-do” attitude.
•Consistent availability with a sense of urgency and strong time management.
•High school diploma.
