Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover financial wellness opportunities and deliver customized recommendations both in person and over the phone
  • •Open personal and business accounts and related deposit and lending products (including consumer checking, small business, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit)
  • •Consistently meet individual activity and sales goals while using lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts to attain sales and referral targets
  • •Partner with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to drive client acquisition and deepen existing relationships based on clients’ financial goals
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including accurate documentation; support branch operations including assisting with teller transactions and participating in branch huddles/debriefs

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience)
  • •Minimum 1 year experience building and growing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience
  • •Understanding of consumer credit concepts including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing)
