Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce food ingredients using standardized formulas for weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials.
  • •Set up and control production processes such as blending, filtration, and packaging while ensuring required documentation is completed.
  • •Operate process and utility equipment hygienically and safely in line with cGMP/HAACP and SHE instructions.
  • •Collect samples for Quality Control analysis and respond to deviations or variations in process, product, and equipment performance.
  • •Set up/execute mixing and pH adjustment steps per recipes/SOPs, perform minor equipment maintenance, and operate powered industrial vehicles as needed.
