  • •Hire, train, and coach mechanics and fleet support for repairing, deploying, and retrieving electric vehicles
  • •Build a safe, compliant, efficient warehouse environment to supply a fully operational fleet
  • •Define and monitor warehouse and field processes, best practices, and operational KPIs
  • •Provide complaint management and support investigation of customer incidents
  • •Partner with local government relations to manage key legal, regulatory, and safety issues
