Job Summary

Contracts Manager will oversee commercial and contractual management for large-scale infrastructure and urban development projects. You will handle contract administration, risk mitigation, procurement support, claims, and negotiation in a consulting/PMC environment, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance and on-time project delivery on high-profile Saudi projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Contract Administration & Governance: Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage contract documents for consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
•Commercial & Financial Management: Monitor contract budgets, payment applications, cash-flow forecasts, and financial exposure; manage variations, extensions of time, claims, and disputes.
•Procurement & Tendering Support: Prepare tender documentation and evaluation criteria; participate in bid evaluations and negotiations.
•Risk & Compliance Management: Identify contractual risks and ensure adherence to regulations and company policies.
•Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the commercial point of contact between consultants, contractors, project teams, and client representatives; facilitate contractual decision-making and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or related discipline
•10–15 years of relevant contract management experience in consulting or PMC environments
•Proven track record in infrastructure, utilities, urban development, landscaping, roads, or government-managed projects
•Strong understanding of FIDIC, consultancy agreements, EPC contracts, subcontract agreements, and procurement procedures
•Experience managing multiple contracts simultaneously within a governmental or semi-governmental project framework
