Supervisor Maintenance - WATERLOO PORK PLANT

Oversee all aspects of plant maintenance coordination at the Waterloo Pork Plant, supervising maintenance technicians and ensuring the team is trained, motivated, and aligned with a Safety First culture. Manage preventative maintenance and repairs, schedule maintenance crews and production work orders, and work to reduce machine downtime through basic troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC-related issues. Develop and maintain maintenance programs in line with SQF and GMP practices.
