Job Summary

Lead the chaos engineering strategy and operating model for Treasury Technology, establishing standards, guardrails, and measurable resilience practices across infrastructure, platforms, applications, and service dependencies. Design, execute, and report chaos experiments to uncover resilience weaknesses and drive remediation with engineering, platform, SRE, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and support teams. Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the chaos engineering strategy, roadmap, and operating model for Treasury Technology.
•Establish best practices, guardrails, and standards for safe and effective chaos engineering across the technology estate.
•Design, review, and execute chaos experiments to validate resilience across infrastructure, platforms, applications, and service dependencies.
•Identify resilience weaknesses and drive remediation by working with engineering and platform teams to resolve issues found through experiments.
•Embed resilience-by-design practices, run Gamdays, define resilience metrics and reporting, and communicate risks and improvements to senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•University degree (or above) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
•Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
•Strong experience in a technical leadership role within platform engineering, site reliability engineering, cloud engineering, resilience engineering, or related discipline.
•Proven track record designing and implementing chaos engineering, fault injection, or resilience testing in complex enterprise environments.
•Deep hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and strong experience with GCP and cloud-native platforms, including resilience and observability.
