•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.

•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities, including onsite presentations and community events.
•Work with assigned business partners to refer customers and support loan processing and financial center opening/closing activities as directed.

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.

•Demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•SAFE Act registration required at time of employment through NMLS.
