Job Summary

Review KYB onboarding cases flagged through OKX onboarding systems for potential money laundering, terrorist financing, BSA violations, and related AML/fraud risks. Verify KYB documents using validation tools and reputable sources, request and follow up on CDD/EDD, and investigate scanning results against sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media. Maintain SLA-driven service quality, provide AML/CDD updates to management, and support enhancements to the CDD function.

Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Complete comprehensive reviews of incoming customer onboarding KYB cases and ensure KYB principles align with the KYB policy and customer risk assessment.
•Review KYB documents using validation tools and reputable sources to verify AML documentation.
•Request appropriate CDD/EDD documentation, and follow up on pending requests in line with relevant SLAs.
•Investigate scanning application matches against sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media, and take appropriate action.
•Provide information to management on AML/CDD issues, maintain high service levels, and support enhancements to the CDD function.

Key Requirements

•Completion of tertiary higher education such as Higher Diploma, Degree and onwards.
•Two or more years’ experience in AML and CDD/EDD review or in a KYB work domain.
•Ability to work well within the function as a team player to deliver a quality service.
•Excellent communication and writing skills with strong attention to detail.
•Excellent command of spoken and written English is required.
