Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end delivery of healthcare and education projects across the full project lifecycle, including business case through handover.
  • •Serve as a key client point of contact, building relationships with senior stakeholders, public sector organisations, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities.
  • •Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across project management, cost management, design, engineering, and specialist consultancy disciplines.
  • •Develop and maintain project execution plans, programmes, budgets, procurement strategies, risk registers, and reporting frameworks.
  • •Ensure performance against programme, cost, scope, quality, and risk objectives; manage risks and opportunities and support procurement activities in line with Irish public procurement legislation.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional membership of a recognised institution (e.g., Chartered Engineer, Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Builder) or equivalent.
  • •Significant experience managing delivery of complex capital projects, ideally within a construction consultancy environment.
  • •Proven experience delivering healthcare, hospital, education, or other public sector building projects from inception through handover.
  • •Strong knowledge of project governance, programme management, procurement, contract administration, cost management, and risk management.
