Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate the Embedded Software team in Tubize, defining roadmaps, priorities and deliverables.
  • •Architect and review embedded software designs, enforce coding standards and ensure high quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • •Collaborate with hardware teams and systems engineers for seamless integration and validation of hardware-software interfaces.
  • •Manage project plans, resources and timelines to meet commitments and customer expectations.
  • •Mentor engineers, support career development, and drive continuous improvement within the team.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of embedded software development experience with leadership responsibilities
  • •Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS)
  • •Experience with embedded software development lifecycle, debugging, and performance optimization
  • •Strong people management and mentoring skills with the ability to lead a small to medium-sized team
  • •Ability to collaborate across hardware, systems engineering and validation teams to deliver integrated solutions
