Key Responsibilities

  • •Purchase Order Management: Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs.
  • •Supplier Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
  • •Problem Solving: Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track.
  • •Order Tracking: Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules.
  • •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Facilities, etc.) and program teams to align procurement with company goals.

Key Requirements
