•Take full ownership of the SDR function and elevate the pipeline generation engine with best-in-class strategies.
•Lead an entrepreneurial growth engine by implementing pragmatic, scalable pipeline generation aligned to broader commercial goals.
•Inspire, coach and develop SDRs and SDR Managers; mentor team leads to drive their teams’ success and maintain a high-energy culture.
•Experiment with AI-augmented workflows to increase top-of-funnel efficiency and quality.
•Align Marketing, Sales, and GTM Operations to ensure seamless transition from top-of-funnel engagement to Account Executive handoff.
