Job Summary

Build and improve secure, scalable software systems in Visa’s fintech environment, spending most of your time coding and working with data and modern tools. Translate functional requirements into system designs, lead design reviews and code reviews, and drive high-quality, reusable implementations. Create and execute complex test plans, debug issues, support on-call incident response, and develop developer tools. •Create complex test plans, identify test gaps, address defects proactively, and use monitoring and data analysis to detect patterns and issues across environments.
•Support on-call incident response by troubleshooting complex issues and enhancing developer tools to support applications and programs.

•Ability to lead in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
•Experience creating and maintaining test plans and executing testing procedures.
•Experience debugging and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
