Support the maintenance and evolution of the Workday platform in a full-tenant implementation. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project leads, and cross-functional technology teams to build, test, and deliver Workday technology efforts. Focus on Workday integrations and Studio development, including EIBs and data loading, core connections, security fundamentals, and reporting assets like BIRT layouts, while assisting with release activities and troubleshooting.

•Support creation and updating of basic reports and BIRT layouts.
•Support Workday business process configuration, including validation rules.
•Support creation and/or configuration of standard Workday core connections.
•Support creation and configuration of Workday EIBs and assist with data loading via EIB processes.
•Support Workday release activities and engage with vendors as needed for platform support.

Key Requirements

•1+ years supporting Workday or similar experiences in other ERPs.
•Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic, flexible environment.
•Experience with ticketing systems and enterprise collaboration tools.
•Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation.
•Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
