Client Service Representative-Floater (Plaza America Branch)

Deliver best-in-class client experiences while acting as a client service representative and cross-trained teller. Represent the bank in person, by phone, and by email, greet clients, provide product and policy information, and open new business and consumer accounts through explanation and cross-selling. Process transactions and assist with referrals by partnering with other business lines such as mortgage, investments, and business/commercial banking. Handle forms, documentation, and compliance with BSA/AML policies.
