Key Responsibilities

•Analyze, measure and inspect properties and sites to establish property boundaries.
•Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys.
•Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas.
•Record the results of surveys including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land.
•Train assistants and helpers, and direct their work in such activities as performing surveys or drafting maps.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
•Minimum 5 years of working experience with 3 years relevant experience; GCC experience is a plus
•Knowledge of mathematics, surveying principles, and survey computations; proficiency with survey software and equipment (AutoCAD, GPS, theodolites, levels)
•ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills
•Ability to train and supervise assistants and ensure safety and 100% efficiency on site
